5 Best Wi-Fi CCTV Cameras on Shopee PH 2026

Indoor and outdoor picks from ₱499 to ₱2,395 — all price-checked on Shopee Philippines By The FitGeek | October 2026 In our house, almost everyone works from home — my wife teaches English online and our eldest works as a virtual assistant, both from their desks. So you would think the house is always watched. It isn't. The gate, the front door, and the street outside are out of sight and out of mind for most of the day, and when we were without home internet for weeks (I wrote about that in our month-long Converge outage story ), I realized how much we rely on being able to check on things from our phones. That is what a Wi-Fi CCTV camera is for: you plug it in, connect it to your home Wi-Fi, and watch from the app. Shopee PH is full of them, from ₱400 bulb cameras to premium outdoor units, and a lot of the cheapest listings have thin warranties and vague specs. So I went through the listings and verified 5 cameras with real review hi...

☂️ 5 Best Automatic Windproof Umbrellas on Shopee Philippines (2026)

From a ₱173 budget pick to a 2-3 person golf umbrella — five Shopee-verified umbrellas that can actually survive habagat season. By The FitGeek | September 2026 Anyone who's commuted through a Metro Manila downpour knows the scene: a sudden gust flips a flimsy ₱99 umbrella inside out, and now you're either fighting to bend it back into shape at a street corner or just giving up and getting soaked. It happens every habagat season, to pretty much everyone. So this time I went looking specifically for automatic, windproof umbrellas on Shopee — the kind built with reinforced ribs rather than the flimsy 8-spoke ones sold at every sari-sari store. I compared rib counts, actual buyer reviews, and shop track records to find five that are genuinely worth the extra few hundred pesos over a disposable one. 1. ICON 16/12 Bone Umbrella ⭐ Best Overall 🏬 Shopee Mall ₱602 ₱277 ICON is a Shopee Mall brand with a genuinely long track record — five years ...

📺 5 Best LED Smart TVs on Shopee Philippines (2026)

From a ₱3,130 bedroom TV to a QLED upgrade — five Shopee-verified picks for every room and every budget. By The FitGeek | September 2026 My bedroom TV finally gave up a couple of weeks ago — the kind of slow, flickering death where you keep telling yourself it's "just the HDMI cable" until the screen won't turn on at all. So I did what I always do before spending real money: I spent way too many hours comparing Shopee listings, cross-checking ratings, and reading through actual buyer reviews (not just the star count) to see which smart TVs were genuinely worth it and which ones were riding on a flashy thumbnail. What surprised me is how wide the range really is right now — a perfectly usable 32" Android TV for close to ₱3,000 , all the way up to a QLED panel with proper voice control for under ₱16,000 . Here are the five that actually held up once I looked past the discount badges. 1. GINZA Smart LED FHD Android TV 32" 💰 Best Bu...

5 Best Standing Desk Converters & Laptop Risers for WFH on Shopee PH (2026)

Image
Save your neck and back without buying a whole new desk By The FitGeek | September 2026 When I pass by our learning spaces in our library, I can't help noticing how patrons sit at the computers there — necks bent forward, shoulders creeping up toward their ears, hunched closer and closer to the screen the longer they work. It's the same posture I catch myself falling into on my own setup, where my laptop stays docked to a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. My wife and daughter use desktops at home, and my wife actually already has a rising table she swears by for those afternoons when sitting too long starts to hurt. Seeing that difference up close — how much a bit of height adjustment changes the way someone holds themselves at a screen — is what sent me looking at what's actually available and well-reviewed on Shopee Philippines. A laptop riser lifts your screen to eye level for a fraction of the cost of a new desk, and a standing desk converter...
